) announces that it has merged with Mobilepro Corp., a Delaware corporation.

Mobilepro(TM) markets an Integrated System Solution Strategy to the mobile professional market. To address this market, Mobilepro(TM) provides products and services that facilitate mobile data communications data communications, application of telecommunications technology to the problem of transmitting data, especially to, from, or between computers. In popular usage, it is said that data communications make it possible for one computer to "talk" with another.  through custom portable appliances (CDA's) equipped with integrated wireless data features combined with an Internet Wireless Portal A Web site that supports a user with a smartphone or alphanumeric pager.
