A NEW product is being launched for people too lazy to crack an egg.

Fresh liquid egg in a carton is made from 100% pasteurised Adj. 1. pasteurised - having been subjected to pasteurization in order to halt fermentation

 British Lion eggs, and contains an average of 10 whole eggs per half litre LITRE. A French measure of capacity. It is of the size of a decimetre, or one-tenth part of a cubic metre. It is equal to 61.028 cubic inches. Vide Measure. .

Egg In An Instant is said to last up to 21 days unopened, and three days after first use. It will be available in free-range and non free-range forms.

Elwyn Griffiths from producers Oaklands Farm Eggs told The Grocer magazine: "We want to make it easier for people to eat in.

"There is a massive student market out there, massively lazy, massively into convenience."

He hopes that retailers will stock the cartons in their chiller chill·er
