The report praises Cracker Barrel for excelling in "providing an experience, not just a meal, and for remaining consistent to a business strategy that appropriately blends restaurant and retail."

"Cracker Barrel has long had an extremely loyal customer base and I think the results of this survey show why," said Michael A. "Of course, you need highly dedicated and well-trained employees to deliver the consistent experience that guests expect at every meal, every day, in every location," Woodhouse continued. "Cracker Barrel has over 70,000 talented employees who have made this recognition possible because of their relentless repetition to deliver on our guests' expectations."
