Coyne adds chairman to his list of titles at ISO. (Executives).


Frank J. Coyne, president and chief executive officer of Insurance Services Office Insurance Services Office, Inc. (ISO) is a provider of data, underwriting, risk management and legal/regulatory services to property-casualty insurers and other clients. Headquartered in Jersey City, New Jersey, the organization serves clients with offices throughout the United  Inc. has been named ISO (1) See ISO speed.

He succeeds Fred R. Marcon, who will continue to serve on the board, a statement from ISO said. Coyne became president and chief operating officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The company produces visual-link analysis technology used to detect fraud in insurance claims. 1-le also helped ISO convert to a for-profit corporation in 2000 and led the move of the company from leased space at the World Trade Center to a waterfront building in Jersey City, N.J.

Before joining ISO, he was executive vice president of Kemper Insurance Cos. specialty and risk-management groups and president and COO of General Accident Insurance Company of America. Coyne began his career as a trial attorney with the U.S. Treasury U.S. Treasury

Created in 1798, the United States Department of the Treasury is the government (Cabinet) department responsible for issuing all Treasury bonds, notes and bills. Some of the government branches operating under the U.S. Treasury umbrella include the IRS, U.S.
 Department in 1973.

ISO provides statistical, actuarial, underwriting and claims information and analysis; consulting and technical services; policy language; information about specific locations; fraud-identification tools and data processing for a broad spectrum of commercial and personal lines of insurance.
