Lemon Busters to use Advanced Routing and Scheduling Capabilities

of ClickSoftware's ClickSchedule Integrated with Metrix's Mobile

e-Service Solution and Techlink(R)

ClickSoftware, Inc. (Nasdaq:CKSW), a provider of software products that optimize service operations and service marketplaces, has announced that Lemon Busters, part of the Manheim Auctions Manheim Automotive Services is the largest and highest volume wholesale automobile auction company in the world. As a subsidiary of Cox Enterprises, Inc., Manheim provides services including financing, title work, transportation, recovery, auto body repair, dealership management  division of Cox Enterprises Cox Enterprises is the successor to the publishing company founded in Dayton, Ohio, by James Middleton Cox, who began with the Dayton Daily News. The company is private, 98% controlled by the octogenarian daughter of Cox, Anne Cox Chambers, and the two children of her late , will use ClickSchedule, a powerful on-line scheduling and resource optimization solution, as an integral part of an overall enhancement of its field force operations.

Lemon Busters, a Cox subsidiary that provides mobile vehicle inspection services to businesses and consumers, will utilize ClickSchedule in conjunction with Metrix, Inc.'s mobile e-Service solution as well as Metrix's Techlink(R) mobile solution. ClickSchedule will be integrated with the Metrix applications to enable Lemon Busters to optimize the use of its available field resources.
