Cox's New England properties, which include Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts, serve 282,000 subscribers throughout New England. Arrowsmith will install its FLEETCON system in approximately 100 vehicles using local and wide area networks operated from three dispatch locations.

FLEETCON, an object-oriented, client/server-based system, provides automated routing and dispatch, mobile data communications, and mobile computing, which enable users to improve customer service while reducing operating costs.

The system offers the cable television industry access to real-time and historical information about operations with its powerful management reporting tools and robust application program interfaces.
