: COX) today announced it reached a significant milestone of 1 million new-service subscriptions since the launch of its first new service three years ago.

Cox has added nearly 390,000 new-service subscriptions and 61,000 basic cable customers since the beginning of 2000. Cox will soon provide customers with the ability to purchase Cox@Home, Cox Digital Cable and Cox Digital Telephone as a bundle, giving customers the convenience of doing business with one company and paying one bill. The company also has announced initial deployment plans for the next generation of advanced broadband services, including Video-On-Demand and Interactive Television.
