Cover-All Technologies Inc. Announces New Head of Business Development.

Miguel Edwards appointed Senior Vice-President

FAIRFIELD, N.J. -- Cover-All Technologies Inc. (OTC BB: COVR), a leading provider of comprehensive business solutions for the property and casualty insurance industry, today announced a new addition to their leadership team.

As part of the Company's renewed focus on improving communications with existing customers as well as exploring new opportunities in the marketplace, Miguel Edwards joins Cover-All as Senior Vice-President of Business Development, reporting to John Roblin, CEO and Manish Shah, President effective immediately. Among Mr. Edwards' challenges will be to capitalize on the Company's great successes and innovations to enhance the awareness in the marketplace of Cover-All's unique value proposition.

Mr. Edwards, age 32, joins Cover-All from WillisHRH, a global insurance broker, where he served as a Director of Business Engagement since 2006. During his tenure at Willis, serving as an internal consultant, he amassed a wealth of experience in agency management systems, and business process re-design, leveraging his entrepreneurial drive to effect innovation in an industry typically resistant to change. Before Willis, Mr. Edwards managed a global shared service operation at Tyco International, client engagements at EBS Dealing Resources, and several other technical roles earlier in his career. Along with many industry certifications, he holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the Metropolitan College of New York, and a Masters in Business Administration from Rider University.
