In their lawsuit, Coventry and HealthAmerica are seeking: -- A court order compelling the hospitals to fulfill their contractual obligations to continue to provide health care services to HealthAmerica's 290,000 members in western Pennsylvania. -- Monetary damages of $108 million related to AHERF's and its affiliates' failure to fulfill their contractual obligations under the risk-sharing contract.
