:CVH) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a three-for-two stock split of the Company's common stock. The stock split will be in the form of a stock dividend of one additional share of Coventry stock for every two shares held. The stock split will be effective October 17, 2005 for stockholders of record on October 3, 2005.
