WAYNE, Pa. -- Covalent Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: CVGR), a leader in the design, development, and management of complex clinical trials and patient registries for many of the world's leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies today announced that it has signed new contracts with a value of approximately $1.0 million. These contracts are for consulting and clinical operations services and cover cardiovascular, renal, and vaccines/biologics therapeutic areas. Revenue will be recognized on a proportional performance basis as services are performed.
