Covad to Join Russell 3000(R) Index on June 30.

SAN JOSE, Calif. -- Covad Communications Group, Inc. (AMEX:DVW), a leading national provider of integrated voice and data communications, will join the Russell 3000 Index when Russell Investment Group reconstitutes its family of U.S. indexes on June 30, 2006, according to a preliminary membership list posted Friday on www.russell.com.
