They are Joseph Le Chevallier, corporate controller, Christine Morris, treasurer, Mary Kay Runyan, corporate services and Rob Stamer, financial operations. Covad's current executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO See Chief Financial Officer. ), Mark Perry, is leaving Covad to pursue other interests.

Covad is currently conducting a search for a permanent CFO through Egon Zehnder.
