The $37 million project includes the acquisition of two medical facilities totaling 106,000 square feet and the development of a 200,000-square-foot medical facility. The master plan for the property includes three additional phases. Phase I includes the acquisition of a 100,000-square-foot medical office building and a 6,000-square-foot cancer center.
