) today announced changes in the Executive Management team of the Office Division.

 has made the decision to resign from Cousins to pursue other opportunities. Murphy has been with the company since 1988 and has led the company's office development and leasing efforts in the Atlanta area for much of his tenure.

Murphy's departure offers an opportunity for Tad Leithead, who has joined Cousins as a Senior Vice President. Leithead will assume Murphy's responsibilities for leading Cousins' office development efforts in the Atlanta area and will report to Craig Jones Craig "133" Jones (born Craig Michael Jones on February 11 1972) is a music sampler and keyboardist best known as member #5 of the band Slipknot. He is also in charge of the digital media in the band. , President of the Office Division. Mr. Leithead brings 18 years of real estate experience in the Atlanta office market, along with strategic relationships in the political and civic arenas to Cousins.

Mr. Leithead began his career as a leasing agent with Trammell Crow F. Trammell Crow (born June 11, 1914, in Dallas, Texas) is an American property developer who created several famous projects, including Dallas Market Center, Peachtree Center (Atlanta, Georgia), and San Francisco's Embarcadero Center.  and was responsible for leasing over 3,000,000 square feet of office space, including the corporate headquarters of RJR Nabisco RJR Nabisco, Inc., was an American conglomerate formed in 1985 by the merger of Nabisco Brands and R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company. RJR Nabisco was purchased in 1988 by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. in the second largest leveraged buyout in history, adjusted for inflation. . He was a founding partner in Childress Klein Properties, a Trammell Crow spin-off, where he managed the company's Atlanta Galleria office and was a key participant in the development of the Cobb Galleria Centre

Mr. Leithead has demonstrated leadership in the community by previously serving as the Chairman of the Cobb County Chamber of Commerce. In conjunction with the addition of Leithead, Walter Fish has been promoted to Vice President - Director of Leasing, reporting to Mr. Leithead. In his new position, Mr. Fish will have primary responsibility for the leasing of Cousins' office projects in the Atlanta area. Fish previously founded Jamison-Fish Research, a real estate information service, that became Jamison Research and which was ultimately sold to Co-Star. He also formerly worked with Piedmont Center, Royal LaPage and Fairfax Properties. Fish has been an office-leasing representative with Cousins since 1992. One of his most notable achievements is the leasing of the Pinnacle, located in Buckhead.
