Dickson, who reports to Tom G. Charlesworth, senior vice president, general counsel and secretary, replaces George Olmstead, who has joined the Company's medical office division. Dickson has been with Cousins for four years in the corporate finance and accounting divisions. Prior to joining Cousins, he was with the Yarmouth Group, a real estate management company in Atlanta.
