) has signed a lease for 100,100 square feet, relocating its corporate headquarters to The Towers at Williams Square. The lease covers approximately four floors in the complex's central tower. Flowserve, one of the world's leading providers of industrial flow-management services with almost $2.3 billion in 2002 sales, has been located in the Las Colinas Urban Center since 1998.

The transaction was completed in May and will become effective in January 2004.

The prestigious Towers at Williams Square, a four-building, 1.4 million-square-foot Class A+ office complex in the Las Colinas Urban Center, is widely considered to be in the top tier of Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex The Dallas–Fort Worth–Arlington metropolitan area, a title designated by the U.S. Census as of 2003, encompasses 12 counties within the U.S. state of Texas.
