) announced today that Tom G. Charlesworth, 57, executive vice president and chief investment officer, has advised the company of his decision to retire at the end of 2006. Mr. Charlesworth retired from full-time service to the company in summer 2004, when he relinquished the chief financial officer title and other administrative duties. Craig B.
