) announced today that David C. Nelson has joined the Company as senior vice president and director of Asset Management for its Retail Division, effective immediately. Mr. Nelson will be responsible for the operation and performance of Cousins' existing retail portfolio, the management of established and new joint venture partner relationships, and providing analytical counsel on acquisitions, dispositions and development projects. Mr. Nelson will report to Joel Murphy, president, Retail Division.
