Livent Inc. announced that U.S. and Canadian bankruptcy courts today approved the previously announced agreement of sale of substantially all of Livent's assets to SFX SFX Special Effects SFX Self Extracting (data compression) SFX SpreadFireFox (IRC) SFX Sound Effect(s) SFX Side Effects (counter-strike gaming clan) Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE NYSE See: New York Stock Exchange :SFX). The terms were essentially the same as those previously agreed upon by the parties. Livent Chief Executive Officer Robert Webster said, "We are pleased with the courts' action today. We now will be working diligently on the next phase of this process, which includes securing final approvals and completing the transaction."
