Courting young Mideast minds.


The U.S. is crossing its fingers that Hi magazine, which hit newsstands across the Middle East this summer, will be a hit with young Arabs, ages 18-45. Published in Arabic and sponsored by the U.S. Department of State, the monthly, for-profit magazine has been designed to promote a broader, more positive understanding of U.S. culture U.S. culture has two main meanings:
