Judge James R. Lemire

Samuel Pipkin, 19, of 42 Orton St., Worcester, was sentenced to 18 months in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to carrying a firearm without a license. He was placed on two concurrent terms of 2 years' probation, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to possession of a firearm without a Firearm ID Card and resisting arrest. As a condition of probation, he was ordered to submit to random drug tests.

Corey Hague, 24, of 178 East Main St., North Brookfield, was sentenced to five concurrent terms of 4 to 5 years in Walpole State Prison after pleading guilty to armed robbery (knife), breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony, breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and putting a person in fear, and two counts of larceny from a building. Charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (knife) and assault and battery were dismissed.
