SOUTHFIELD, Mich. -- Mortgage Builder Software, Inc., a provider of end-to-end mortgage banking software solutions, announced another Linux installation of its loan origination system (LOS). Courtesy Mortgage Company, located in San Diego, Calif. rolled out the Linux version of the system to 45 of its loan officers in March. The company has ten years of experience refinancing homes and processing five different loan programs including sub-prime, conforming, jumbo, alt-a and equity.

The consolidation of the systems to Mortgage Builder's all-inclusive LOS saves time, while decreasing the number of errors due to transferring information between software programs.
