Court to decide on Ramalinga Raju's CBI custody today.Byline: ANI Hyderabad, Mar 9 (ANI): The XIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate will today hear the petition of CBI CBI abbr. cumulative book index CBI Confederation of British Industry CBI n abbr (= Confederation of British Industry) → C.E.O.E. seeking custody of Satyam's former Chairman B Ramalinga Raju and others. On Friday, a local court had reserved its order for today after hearing the arguments of CBI counsel and defence lawyers. On March 3, the CBI had filed a petition seeking seven days custody of Raju brothers, former Satyam CFO See Chief Financial Officer. V Srinivas and the two sacked auditors of PwC, which audited Sataym's accounts. All the five are in judicial remand now and are lodged in Chanchalguda jail. On February 20, the CBI had constituted a multi-disciplinary investigation team for the probe.
