Court takes dramatic and decisive action against Startronix.


NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 13, 1996--Startronix International Inc. (STNX)--Baytree Associates Inc.

The press release issued by Startronix International on Nov. 12, 1996 which stated that the temporary restraining order temporary restraining order: see injunction.  against Startronix' bank account entered on Nov. 7, 1996 "was without merit or effect" is untrue un·true

Startronix removed the action to federal court and in its notice of removal admitted that the restraining order restraining order: see injunction.  was still in effect.

The judge further restrained Startronix from withdrawing, removing, transferring, disposing of, conveying or encumbering the amount invested by plaintiffs from the bank account previously attached, any other account at that bank, or any account at any bank.
