The motion for summary judgement requested that the court enter a judgement on its claim for declaratory judgment, specific performance and breach of contract against defendants Saul Yarmak, Business Exchange International Corp. and BX International Inc. Included in the order was a decree compelling defendants to specifically perform under the contract and, if necessary, immediately cause the transfer of the trade exchange to Business Exchange International. SLI owns a 50 percent interest in Business Exchange International Corp. A formal order is now being drafted by SLI's attorneys which will then be submitted to the court.
