The one-hour special takes viewers inside the history and making of Court TV's newest acquisition, NYPD Blue. The special will air on Sunday, November 4th at 8:00 PM ET/PT with encore episodes airing on Friday, December 21st at 7:00PM and 11:00 PM ET/PT.

Internal Affairs: The Making of NYPD Blue will include an historical look at the groundbreaking series in the crime and justice genre, as well as interviews with the current and former members of the NYPD Blue cast and crew. Viewers will hear never-before-shared stories about the "real-life drama behind the drama" including the real reasons why certain cast members left the show and the daily struggles between cast and crew.

Appearing in the special will be current cast members Dennis Franz Dennis Franz (born October 28, 1944) is an Emmy- and Golden Globe Award-winning American actor known for his role as Andy Sipowicz, a gritty police detective in the television series NYPD Blue. , Gordon Clapp Gordon Clapp (born September 24, 1948) is an American actor, known for playing the role of Detective Greg Medavoy for all 12 seasons on the television series NYPD Blue, winning an Emmy Award in 1998. , Bill Broctrup, Garcelle Beauvais Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon (born November 26, 1966) is a Haitian actress and former fashion model. She is known for her role as Assistant District Attorney Valerie Heywood in the TV program NYPD Blue and Francesca Monroe on The Jamie Foxx Show. , Henry Simmons, Charlotte Ross and Mark-Paul Gosselaar, as well as former cast members Jimmy Smits, Sharron Lawrence, Gail O'Grady, Rick Schroeder and James McDaniel. In addition, viewers will hear from the show's creators/producers Steven Bochco, Bill Clark, David Milch and Mark Tinker.

In addition to the one-hour special airing on Court TV, Court TV has struck a deal with ABC ABC
 in full American Broadcasting Co.
