Court TV Will Not Appeal the Decision of Judge Leonie Brinkema Barring Cameras From the Courtroom In U.S. v. Moussaoui.

Network Supports Judge Brinkema's View That Congress Is Appropriate

Body To Resolve Overall Issue of Camera Access In Federal Courts

Given Judge Leonie Brinkema's finding that the issue of camera access in federal trials is "a question of social and political policy best left to the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. The United States is the world's third largest country in population and the fourth largest country in area.  Congress...," and, accordingly, that it would be improper for her to grant Court TV's motion to broadcast the trial of U.S. v Moussaoui, Court TV has decided not to appeal the Judge's decision.
