There are several bankruptcy courts in each state, and each one's territory covers several counties.  for the District of Delaware has approved the Company's Disclosure Statement and has scheduled a confirmation hearing on the Joint Plan of Reorganization ("Plan") filed by Exide with the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors for April 16, 2004.
