 BB: ASRNF) has been notified that the Superior Court of Justice of Ontario, which last month dismissed a lawsuit against the company, has awarded a net of $81,000 to Astris after a review of claims for costs submitted by both parties. The plaintiff in the suit, former officer and director, E. Roy Birkett, has filed an appeal which will be heard by the Ontario Court of Appeal The Court of Appeal for Ontario (frequently referred to as Ontario Court of Appeal) is headquartered in downtown Toronto, in historic Osgoode Hall.

The Court is composed of 22 judges who hear over 1 500 appeals each year, on issues of private law, constitutional
