Court Dismisses lawsuit against Diehl Graphsoft; Court Cites Invalidity of Ashlar Patents.COLUMBIA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 25, 1996--Diehl Graphsoft, Inc. ("CAD") software, announced that the U.S. District Court-Northern District of California dismissed a lawsuit brought against the Company by Ashlar, Inc, on December 21, 1994 claiming that Diehl Graphsoft infringed on certain of Ashlar's patents. In its ruling, the Court invalidated Ashlar patents No. 5,123,087 and No. 5,371,845 which were referred to in Ashlar's lawsuit against Diehl Graphsoft.
