There are several bankruptcy courts in each state, and each one's territory covers several counties.  for the Southern District of Mississippi. Mississippi Chemical Corporation expects to implement the plan of reorganization by the end of the calendar year by consummating the sale of the company's shares to Terra Industries Inc. after the spinoff of the company's phosphate business to certain creditors.
