 BB:NVID NVID Normal Video ) announced Friday that the consent order and final judgment encompassing the terms of the settlement agreement between NVID and the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) has been approved by Judge Henry Lee Adams Lee Adams (born August 14, 1924) is a Tony Award-winning American lyricist best known for his musical theatre collaboration with Charles Strouse.

Born in Mansfield, Ohio, Adams received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio State University and a Master's from Columbia
, Jr. in Tampa, Fla. As part of the settlement with the SEC, NVID will issue a press release subject to the SEC approval, regarding the current status of AXEN.
