 Air's purchase of eleven Boeing 767-200 passenger aircraft from Delta Air Lines.

ABX Air announced September 7, 2005, that it had entered into an agreement with Delta for the purchase of the 11 aircraft, shortly before Delta filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on September 14, 2005. Delta thereafter filed a motion with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 requesting the approval of the sale of the aircraft, subject to higher bids at an auction. No bids were received. On November 29, 2005, Judge Prudence Carter Beatty signed an order approving the sale of the 11 aircraft in accordance with the agreement.
