Experienced Enterprise Software Executive Joins Courion Team to Drive Scale to Services Operations

Pugh brings proven customer service and relationship management skills with deep financial services and compliance experience to this role. She will manage the core teams responsible for professional services, services partner management, technical support, and training, and will drive the evolution of key processes that will enable Courion to effectively scale its services organization to support the company's continued strong and profitable growth.

Pugh has established a strong record for building scalable services businesses that deliver strategic value with highly visible enterprise applications. Prior to joining Courion, Pugh was vice president of professional services for Charles River Development, a provider of financial services software, and senior vice president and chief administrative officer for Boston Trust, an asset management company. She also brings experience from Advent Software, a $200 million financial services software firm, where Pugh built and managed the company's services team to deliver implementation, training and support of Advent's solutions to a broad array of the world's leading asset management firms.
