Courage.Dear editor,Re: Breaking away (September letters). My 15-year-old daughter, hearing my incensed conversation with my husband about the above letter inquired as to what was wrong. She read the letter and her response follows: "I am replying to the suggestion by R. Well, I think that they have courage by staying in the church even though many people disagree with Verb 1. disagree with - not be very easily digestible; "Spicy food disagrees with some people" hurt - give trouble or pain to; "This exercise will hurt your back" their lifestyle and hate them for it." As for me, I will only add that my Anglican church, my Christianity Christianity, religion founded in Palestine by the followers of Jesus. One of the world's major religions, it predominates in Europe and the Americas, where it has been a powerful historical force and cultural influence, but it also claims adherents in virtually , my God, does not ask people to leave--my God welcomes and loves all, and so should the church.
