County of Orange, California extends tender deadline of Invitation for Tenders for its Taxable Pension Obligation Bonds, Series 1994A until December 13, 1996.SANTA ANNA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 6, 1996--The County of Orange, Calif. today, Dec. 6, 1996, announced that it is extending the tender period until 5:00 p.m., New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of time on Friday, Dec. 13, 1996 in connection with its Invitation for Tenders to Bondholders to sell for cash the County's Taxable Pension Obligation Bonds, Series 1994A due Sept. 1, 1997 through Sept. 1, 2004. On Nov. 20, 1996, the County invited the holders of approximately $191.2 million aggregate principal amount of its Taxable Pension Obligation Bonds, Series 1994A to sell their bonds to the County for cash.
