Agoura-based Dale Poe Development Corp. is developing the project, which also includes a 12-acre school, and a 17-acre park.

The houses will be priced at between $200,000 and $400,000, or more, depending on market conditions, reported William Poe, a vice president and son of the company's founder, Dale Poe.
