A 2,940-SF home in west Little Rock's Country Homes neighborhood tipped the scales at $631,000.

Sam Winstead bought the residence and a 1,074-SF guest house from the Frederick K. Darragh Revocable Trust.

The Darragh family purchased the property for an undisclosed sum in November 1953 from McCombs and Frances Hardy. They acquired it for an undisclosed sum in November 1946 from Charles and Joan Taylor.
