The US singers plans have outraged her army of Christian fans in America's bible belt. The 40-year-old singer - the sister of movie beauty Ashley Judd has been inundated with angry emails from the conservative religious group the Traditional Values Coalition The Traditional Values Coalition is a Christian Right organization that claims to represent over 43,000 conservative Christian churches throughout the United States of America. Headquartered in Washington, D.C. And fans are threatening to boycott Judd's future concerts unless she cancels her engagement to sing on the Caribbean cruise in a five-night stint at the end of January. The cruise is sponsored by Olivia, a company "dedicated to providing high-quality, safe vacations for lesbian travellers". A TVC spokesman said: "It conflicts with her professed Christian faith and suggests Judd has been misled by the mainstream media on the origins of same-sex attractions and the self-destructive results of such attractions. ''We urge her to study what the Bible says in both the Old and New Testaments about homosexuality." Judd's spokeswoman said yesterday: "We have no comment on that at this time."
