Country Star Restaurants Inc. opens new Las Vegas restaurant for business.

The new restaurant is the company's second in its growing chain of country music theme restaurants.

Country Star held a star-studded party to celebrate the grand opening of Country Star Las Vegas at the restaurant Tuesday night.

The event, hosted by the company's celebrity representatives, country music stars Vince Gill and Reba McEntire, and national television personalities Lorianne Crook and Charlie Chase, featured a private party of country music and Hollywood stars and over 1,000 other VIPs, as well as an all-star country music concert featuring over a dozen top country music artists including Tracy Lawrence, Trisha Yearwood, John Berry and legend Charley Pride.

In addition to serving gourmet twists on American comfort food such as ribs, steaks, chicken and chili, the newest Country Star restaurant features an exciting multimedia atmosphere with more than 100 video monitors, interactive video kiosks, CD listening stations, a performance stage and museum-quality memorabilia, including displays devoted to the legends of country music and Elvis Presley.

The first Country Star restaurant, Country Star Hollywood, is located at Universal CityWalk adjacent to the entrance of the Universal Studios theme park in California. The company expects to open its third American Music Grill, Country Star Atlanta, in that city later this summer.
