Country Maid Financial, Inc. Unit Signs Letter of Intent.

LEBANON, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 3, 1999--

Country Maid Financial Inc. (OTC: CMFI) announced today that its subsidiary, Territorial Inns Management Inc., has signed a letter of intent with Select I.A. Inc., a Minnesota corporation, to enter into a lease agreement with an option to purchase 10 lodging properties located in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.

The gross revenue of the Select Inns' facilities is estimated to be in excess of $8 million annually, according to representatives of Select I.A. Inc. The companies expect to have a completed lease agreement by July 1, 1999.

Based on past performance, reflecting one year results prior to year-end, the gross revenues of the properties of both companies would have been over $18 million with a resulting net profit of over $2 million.

Subsequent to the completion of the option agreement with Select Inn's, Country Maid Financial, Inc. will have lodging property valued at $55 million under management with options to purchase a total 21 of the properties valued at $49 million.
