Country Maid Announces Increase in Revenues and Earnings.

LEBANON, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 8, 2001

Country Maid Financial, Inc. (OTCBB:CMFI) announced today that its subsidiary, Territorial Inns Management, Inc., has recently completed leases with an option to purchase two lodging properties from True Visions Co. LLC (True Visions) and its affiliates.

Each of the lodging facilities is valued in at $2,000,000 (Two Million) Dollars and will be operated and managed by Territorial Inns Management.

The Best Western Hallmark Inn in Lawrence, Kan., with 60 economy-scale rooms is anticipated to add an additional $700,000 per year in revenue to Country Maid Financial. The other facility consisting of 95 rooms is the Select Inn in Joplin, Mo., which has estimated gross revenues of approximately $800,000 annually.

Currently, Country Maid Financial, Inc. operates in eight states: Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Texas and Washington.
