Johann and Kristen Braunfisch bought the house from NHM Co., led by Nancy McDonough.

The deal is funded with a one-year loan of $695,000 from Pulaski Bank & Trust of Little Rock.

The property was purchased for $400,000 in September 2003 from Hardin Acquisition LLC, led by Keith Hardin.
