Country Club Fall.

Have you heard about the Country Club slip and fall? Construction worker Jeff Morgan said he was injured at the Country Club of Little Rock.

Morgan said he was working on the grounds of the club on Nov. 5, 1997, when he stepped into a control-valve box for the sprinkler system, according to the lawsuit filed in Pulaski County Circuit Court.

The lawsuit didn't say exactly what he injured, but it caused him pain and suffering and mental anguish. The injury also caused him to miss work.

Morgan is suing the country club and has named 10 John Does as defendants for an unspecified amount of damages, accusing the club of being negligent by not keeping the sprinkler system covered.
