London-based Counterpoint Systems Ltd. has acquired the Stockton, Calif.-based TL Creates inc.

The combined global reach of the two companies expands to represent clientele in more than 650 sites in 42 countries. With the purpose of protecting the rights of intellectual properties and the tracking of compensation derived from the usage of various products produced by the film, television, recording, sports and publishing industries, these two companies become the leading provider of administration software for the entertainment industry.

With the amalgamation of these two entities, Counterpoint Systems Ltd. and TL Creates inc. further lead the way for the protection of brand licensing for the multibillion-dollar merchandising industry. Together, these two companies now offer the largest single talent pool of experts in the field of licensing protection of royalties.
