"The space suits us well and building management is very geared to a tenant of our size. Also the location affords our staff an excellent commute from each of the boroughs of the City and the tri-state suburbs," said Organization Resources Counselors' Robert Freedman. Built in 1932, 500 Fifth Ave. was designed by architect Shreve, Lamb & Harmon Associates for Walter J. Salmon. The building is also known as Salmon Tower. Rising 59-stories at the northwest corner of 42nd Street and Fifth Avenue, the building's total square footage comprises more than 600,000 square feet.
