Councillors condemn 'sex den'.


A BROTHEL operating above a Red Cross charity shop was opened without consultation, Liverpool councillors say.

Norris Green is a large housing estate and council ward in Liverpool, England comprising some 1,500 dwellings, it is locally known as "Noggsy". It was built in the 1920s on land donated to the city by Lord Derby, who was at the time resident at nearby Knowsley
 and ward members for Clubmoor have united to condemn the sex den after learning it was on their doorstep.

They are unhappy that the application was not sent to the area committee meeting which is normal procedure.
