Angus Nicolson, 44, is being pursued by the Child Support Agency for arrears of pounds 52,000. He has not seen daughter Eilidh, 16, who was diagnosed with leukaemia the day before her birthday, or son Stuart, 18, since 2000. His ex-wife Anne said: "He is a bully.
