Council tax help for free.

HOUSEHOLDERS in Brighouse Brighouse, town (1991 pop. 32,597), Calderdale metropolitan district, N central England, on the Calder River. Calderdale Council explained yesterday that this service is free - after some residents were approached by companies offering to find out, for a fee, if their homes are in the wrong band.
